DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Director, Learning, Performance, and Inclusion to lead enterprise learning strategy and governance across a global organization.

The role focuses on building a scalable learning ecosystem supporting leadership development and workforce capability, with oversight of internal teams and external vendors. You will partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps, drive digital enablement, ensure quality, and maximize ROI, while aligning learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in learning, talent development, or HR leadership roles, including senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience leading enterprise wide learning strategies and large scale learning operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise learning strategy aligned with business priorities and workforce needs.
• Oversee learning delivery models, including internal teams and external learning vendors.
• Lead vendor strategy, governance, performance management, and contract oversight.
• Establish learning governance, standards, metrics, and reporting to ensure quality, consistency, and ROI.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and prioritize learning investments.
• Drive innovation, digital enablement, and continuous improvement across learning solutions.
• Lead, develop, and engage high-performing learning and vendor management teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy requirements, and regulatory standards related to learning and vendors.
