Job summary

Amplity Learn seeks a Sr. Director, Learn Business Leader to steer the client-facing, revenue-generating Learn unit within Amplity’s medical and commercial platform.

You will translate priorities into execution plans, drive revenue growth and margin expansion, and build the capability to scale differentiated life sciences learning solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You will modernize offerings, partner with sales, deploy AI-enabled learning, and ensure high-quality implementation

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading learning solutions and life sciences training.
• Experience owning revenue, budgets, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of pharma/commercial environments.
• Proven ability to sell, scale, and deliver client-facing solutions.
• Fluency with digital learning ecosystems and AI-enabled delivery.
