Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Director, PDS Learning to shape enterprise learning strategy, governance, and execution. You will lead GxP learning, digital enablement, and AI-enabled initiatives to advance risk-based, measurable learning outcomes across sites and functions.

You will build and develop a high-performing, global team, partner with Quality, Compliance, HR, and IT, and drive continuous improvement in learning systems, analytics, and performance support.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading global learning or operational excellence in a regulated environment.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable learning programs and measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of GxP learning, quality systems, and inspection readiness.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the global PDS Learning strategy, roadmap, and portfolio.
• Own the global GxP learning strategy and risk-based framework across PDS.
• Translate business strategy and regulatory needs into a scalable learning agenda with clear outcomes.
