Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a visionary Director of Enterprise Learning Solutions to lead strategy, design, and delivery of learning initiatives across the enterprise. You will partner with operations, IT, AI, quality, and workforce leaders to transform priorities into scalable programs that drive measurable outcomes and workforce readiness.

You will oversee governance, curriculum architecture, and career development, ensuring modern, engaging experiences aligned with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, learning technologies, and capability development in healthcare or technology industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, workforce development, organizational effectiveness, talent development, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing enterprise learning strategies.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and organizational change efforts.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise-wide adoption of programs and initiatives.
• Experience leveraging metrics and analytics to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation abilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern the enterprise learning strategy aligned with priorities and growth initiatives.
• Create multi-year learning roadmaps supporting transformation and capability development.
• Partner with enterprise leaders to prioritize investments and allocate resources.
• Participate in governance forums related to learning and performance.
• Lead design and delivery of scalable, learner-centered programs.
• Ensure curriculum architecture, learning paths, and catalog management are consistent.
• Enable role readiness and career development for associates.
• Drive modern, engaging learning aligned to enterprise standards.
• Serve as strategic advisor to Operations, IT, AI, Quality, Regulatory, HR, and others.
• Translate business strategies into practical solutions that accelerate adoption and performance.
• Support change initiatives, system implementations, onboarding, and new offerings.
• Monitor metrics and deliver insights to senior leadership.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing learning and development team.
• Create an inclusive, collaborative environment and clear growth paths.
