Job summary

Amplity Health seeks a Sr. Director to lead Amplity Learn as a client-facing, revenue-generating arm within the broader medical and commercial platform.

This executive will drive strategy, execution plans, and measurable outcomes across revenue and margins while strengthening client delivery and organizational capability. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in learning solutions, medical affairs training, or related fields.
• Experience owning revenue, margin, budgets, forecasting, and business planning.
• Fluency in digital learning ecosystems, AI-enabled learning tools, and learning technology platforms.
• Ability to partner with sales or business development for proposals and client expansions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Amplity Learn as a client-facing, revenue-generating business within Amplity’s platform.
• Translate priorities into execution plans, milestones, and measurable business outcomes.
• Drive new business by qualifying opportunities, developing proposals, and positioning Amplity Learn as a differentiated partner.
• Operationalize and refine the Learn portfolio with scalable digital solutions and AI-enabled products.
• Provide team leadership, develop capabilities, and align across Amplity to support integrated opportunities.
