Immatics US, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Launch Excellence & Operations to shape and execute its commercial launch strategy.

The role sits at the center of launch planning, governance, and operational readiness, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution as the organization prepares for commercialization. The successful candidate will lead integrated launch planning, support the Launch Readiness Review process, and establish operating rhythms, governance, and performance

Qualifications

• 15+ years in strategy consulting and biopharmaceutical commercial strategy or launch leadership.
• Experience with launch governance, milestones, risk management, and readiness tracking.
• Strong ability to influence without direct authority and synthesize complex data.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the VP to develop and execute an integrated launch strategy, roadmap, and playbook.
• Lead evaluations and business cases for critical commercial decisions and growth opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment through governance forums and LRR processes.
• Establish operating rhythms, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigations for launch.
• Provide leadership for systems, analytics, and reporting to enable launch readiness.
