Immatics US is seeking a Senior Director, Launch Excellence & Operations to partner with the VP to shape the commercial launch strategy and governance for high-impact cancer therapies. The role sits at the center of planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring readiness for field deployment.

You will drive integrated planning, manage LRR processes, and establish operating rhythms and performance metrics to enable a successful, patient-focused commercial launch in the US.

Qualificações

• Requires 15+ years of relevant experience or 12+ years with MBA/advanced degree.
• Experience in biopharma commercial strategy, operations, or launch leadership.
• Proven ability to drive decisions across functions without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute integrated launch strategy, roadmap, and playbook.
• Govern Launch Readiness Review (LRR) and cross-functional governance.
• Lead operational readiness and performance monitoring for cell-therapy launches.
