Job summary

Immatics US is seeking a Senior Director of Launch Excellence & Operations to strategically partner with the VP and lead integrated launch planning for a global cell therapy portfolio. The role focuses on governance, operational readiness, and cross-functional alignment as commercialization approaches accelerate.

Qualified candidates will bring 12+ years of relevance in biopharma, oncology launches, and a track record of turning insights into concrete launch decisions.

Qualifications

• Top-tier strategy consulting experience and in-house biopharmaceutical commercial strategy, operations, or launch leadership.
• 5+ years in oncology; direct experience with TCR, CAR-T, or TIL therapies is strongly preferred.
• Experience owning launch strategy, governance, milestones, and readiness through to launch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated launch strategy, roadmap, and playbook with the VP.
• Drive cross-functional governance and Launch Readiness Review (LRR) processes.
• Build and monitor performance frameworks for end-to-end cell therapy patient journey.
