Job summary

Immatics US is seeking a Senior Director, Launch Excellence & Operations to partner with the VP to shape and execute a comprehensive commercial launch strategy. This highly visible role leads integrated launch planning, governance, and operational readiness across functions to drive launch success.

The successful candidate will translate insights into action, manage the Launch Readiness Review, and establish rhythms and performance metrics while operating from a remote US base.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or related with 15+ years of relevant experience or MBA/advanced degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
Top-tier strategy consulting and biopharma commercial strategy/operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated launch strategy, roadmap, and commercial playbook.
Lead launch governance, readiness planning, milestones, risks, and escalation.
Establish operating rhythms, governance, and communications for launch execution.
Provide commercial leadership for systems, analytics, and reporting supporting readiness.
