Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to lead Integrations, Workflows/Orchestration, and Data Management within Platform Engineering. You will guide a ~40-person team, set the long-range roadmap, and drive platform modernization to expand data reach across customer systems.

You will build a high-performing culture, own strategic direction, and partner with product and security teams to deliver scalable, reliable data integration solutions at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 10+ years in software leadership roles.
• Experience managing managers and large teams.
• Strong knowledge of backend and distributed systems.
• Excellent communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead three pillars: Integrations, Workflows/Orchestration, and Data Management.
• Set multi-quarter roadmap and align priorities across pillars.
• Build a high-performance culture grounded in ownership and accountability.
• Partner with VP of Software Engineering and cross-functional teams to align strategy.
• Oversee vendor and partner relationships and contracts.
