Job summary

ZoomInfo is the go-to-market intelligence platform that helps businesses grow faster by delivering AI-ready insights and trusted data. As Manager, Data Platform, you will lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise data infrastructure that supports analytics, ML, and AI workloads.

You will manage a team of data platform engineers, collaborate with analytics, product, and security, and set standards for data contracts, governance, and observability across our cloud-based stack.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or data architecture.
• 2+ years of experience managing, mentoring, or leading data engineering teams.
• Production-grade data platforms and cloud architectures experience.
• Strong data orchestration, transformation, and pipeline development experience.
• Knowledge of data security, access controls, governance, and data contracts.
• Ability to balance hands-on contribution with people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the data platform vision, roadmap, and technical strategy.
• Own architectural decisions across ingestion, transformation, orchestration, storage, governance, and observability.
• Set engineering standards for pipelines, data contracts, infrastructure, and deployment.
• Evaluate technologies and approaches in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Remain hands-on in critical initiatives, architecture reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the data platform team; support career growth.
