ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our core Enterprise Data Engineering team. You will design and scale enterprise data infrastructure that enables internal teams to access data efficiently and securely.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in data engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high‑performance data pipelines with Airflow, DBT, and Python.
• Architect and optimize the data warehouse/lakehouse (Snowflake).
• Lead integration of diverse data sources into the data ecosystem with quality ingestion.
• Define roadmap priorities for internal data/AI needs.
• Serve as advisor to leadership on data strategy and infra investments.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate needs into scalable data solutions.
• Define and enforce data quality SLAs across pipelines and products.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and drive incident remediation.
• Mentor juniors and promote best practices in data architecture and operations.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long‑term data infrastructure strategy.
• Maintain runbooks and on‑call docs to reduce time‑to‑resolution for incidents.
