Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Technical and people-focused Engineering Manager to lead the Integrations team, building and managing a suite of integrations. You will guide backend engineers to design, develop, and operate distributed systems handling millions of requests daily.

You will mentor, define technical direction, and collaborate with product, TPM, and other engineering teams to ship high-impact features while maintaining a culture of technical excellence and shared ownership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering management experience.
• 6+ years hands-on software engineering experience, backend stacks like TypeScript/Node.js/NestJS/Java.
• Experience leading distributed teams across time zones and geographies.
• Deep familiarity with CRM/MAP integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365).

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of front and backend engineers delivering scalable systems.
• Set technical direction and priorities for the Integrations group.
• Drive execution with CI/CD, testing, observability, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, TPMs, and stakeholders to align goals.
• Promote ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning across sites.
• Recruit and onboard new engineers.
