Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Integrations team, building and operating distributed systems at scale. You’ll mentor backend engineers, define priorities, and ensure delivery with strong engineering practices.

You’ll collaborate with product, TPM and other teams to ship high‑impact features while fostering technical excellence and shared ownership across sites.

Qualifications

• Leadership of engineering teams with mentorship and performance management.
• Experience scaling distributed backend systems and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Hands‑on with modern stacks: TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS and Java.
• Proven ability to design integrations with major CRM/MAP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow the Integrations team for reliable, scalable systems.
• Set technical direction and priorities; make architectural decisions.
• Drive project delivery with emphasis on clean code, testing, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with product, TPM, and stakeholders to align goals.
• Foster inclusive culture and onboard new engineering talent.
• Coordinate across time zones and geographies to ship impact.
