Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an Associate Finance Director, FP&A/Commercial Finance in Chicago. You will lead Finance Capability and Technology across FP&A and Commercial Finance, overseeing a globally distributed team and shaping AI-enabled solutions that link planning to commercial decisions.

You will drive strategy, governance, and execution, partner with BU CFOs, and own critical data pipelines and standards in a SOX-controlled environment. Chicago location, competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, or analytics in a large CPG company.
• Experience leading Leads and Managers across multiple geographies.
• Hands‑on with Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
• Experience building/overseeing AI agents or automation in finance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance Capability & Technology FP&A/Commercial pillar roadmap and governance.
• Lead and develop three Finance AI Leads and two Managers across Chicago, Amsterdam, and Mexico.
• Shape Snowflake Cortex agent architecture and ensure data pipelines and standards.
• Serve as primary interface for CFO organization and BU CFOs, translating problems into AI-ready solutions.
• Own the pillar roadmap priorities and balance demand with delivery capacity across regions.
