Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Chicago is seeking a Sr, Manager, ICBP for HDM to lead cross‑functional planning across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Operations. You will manage monthly ICBP cycles, coordinate long‑range planning, translate performance data into actionable recommendations, and drive aligned business plans with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience across marketing, sales, finance, demand planning or supply chain.
• 7+ years of progressive cross‑functional experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence without authority.
• Experience managing integrated business planning, forecasting & multi‑year planning.
• Strong analytical skills with data‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
• Experience improving processes and adopting new planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly ICBP cycle across Market Review, Demand Review and Commercial Planning.
• Coordinate annual, 1‑year and 3‑year planning aligning commercial, financial, demand & supply assumptions.
• Analyze performance, risks and drivers; translate into actionable recommendations.
• Partner across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to resolve gaps.
• Improve ICBP governance, reporting and planning tools; support strategic initiatives.
