Kraft Heinz is seeking a Director, Integrated Commercial Business Planning for the AFH Chicago/Aon Center location. You will own the commercial planning operating system, align brand and category teams, and drive the one demand number across the organization.

Lead the planning cadence, governance, and 3YP enablement with strong cross-functional partnership. This senior role requires deep IBP/S&OP experience, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with SAP and BI tools.

Competenze

Experience in commercial planning, sales strategy, category/business planning, IBP/S&OP, or related commercial roles.
Ability to partner across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align cross-functional plans.
Experience with formal planning cycles (IBP, S&OP, AOP/1YP, or similar).
Strong commercial acumen linking demand, investments, financial and margin data to business outcomes.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

Build and Implement the ICBP Process: design routines, governance, and launch the 2H pilot before Jan 2027 go-live.
Drive behavior change and accountability across functions for sustainable IBP.
Manage weekly/monthly operating rhythm with pre-reads, minutes, and closed actions.
Serve as the neutral custodian of a single, trusted demand number across BUs.
Surface and close risks and opportunities in real time; drive recommendations.
Lead BU strategic projects including organic/inorganic opportunity assessment.
Coordinate cross-BU milestones for the 3YP cycle and governance meetings.
