Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. in Chicago seeks an Associate Finance Director to lead the FP&A/Commercial Finance pillar, shaping AI-enabled Finance capabilities and the roadmap. You will manage three Finance AI Leads, two Managers, and a GCC team while partnering with BU CFOs and the CFO organization.

The role combines hands-on design and strategic leadership across cross-geography teams, delivering executive-ready financial insights and robust governance in a SOX environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance analytics in a large CPG/consumer goods company
• Experience leading senior teams (Leads & Managers) across time zones
• Hands-on with Snowflake, SQL, and Python; able to review team outputs technically

Responsibilities

• Own the FP&A/Commercial pillar end-to-end—roadmap, delivery, operating model, governance across FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Sales Finance intelligence
• Lead three Finance AI Leads and two Managers across Chicago, Amsterdam, and Mexico GCC; set priorities and review outputs
• Be hands-on in design and build—shape Snowflake Cortex agent architecture and review pipelines
• Serve as primary interface for CFO organization, BU CFOs, and Commercial Finance leadership; translate problems into AI-ready solutions
• Own the pillar roadmap, sequence use cases, balance capacity with demand, make trade-offs
• Coordinate with Finance AI Architecture to reuse shared infrastructure (semantic models, audit-trail patterns)
• Ensure data integrity, SOX defensibility, SAP/S4 lineage, Snowflake pipelines, and human-review checkpoints
• Drive adoption across FP&A and Commercial Finance teams globally; design change management and track metrics
