BNY is seeking a Senior Director, Client Executive for the Insurance Segment in New York City. This role leads a major portion of the client management function, acting as the principal interface between business areas and leadership.

You will drive strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery within budgets and timelines. The role requires a strong track record in financial services, exceptional leadership, and the ability to inspire teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
• 15 years of total work experience.
• Experience in securities or financial services preferred.
• Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads a significant portion of assigned function for the firm.
• Acts as primary interface between business areas and leadership.
• Oversees initiatives defined by business strategy and budget.
• Coordinates with project teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Develops and executes functional strategy to achieve objectives.
• Ensures work integrates across teams and meets standards.
• Partners with revenue areas to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Leads recruitment and develops teams for peak performance.
• Inspires others and drives professional growth across teams.
• Develops policies to ensure success of teams and cross-functional alignment.
• Engages with Product, Sales, Marketing & Commercialization teams across the Platform Operating Model.
• Leads segment growth and customized solutions with product and design leads.
• Delivers solutions and consultative client engagement across the client base.
