Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Director to lead Buy‑Side Trading Solutions and Client Coverage in New York. You will drive revenue, manage strategic client relationships, and oversee complex opportunities from engagement to implementation.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, including Trading, Product, Operations, and Compliance, to deliver coordinated client solutions and disciplined pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in institutional sales or client coverage with asset managers.
• Experience in prime brokerage sales, FICC, cross-asset, and order/execution workflows.
• Strong consultative selling, strategic account planning and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and revenue targets for BTS offering with asset managers.
• Develop targeted prospect pipelines and lead opportunities to mandate award and implementation.
• Build relationships with senior buy-side decision-makers and translate needs to BTS solutions.
• Collaborate across Trading, Product, Client Coverage, Operations, Technology and Compliance.
