Ripple is seeking a Capital Markets leader based in New York to drive partnerships with banks, asset managers and market infrastructures, leveraging the XRP Ledger to modernize global capital markets. You will shape strategy, negotiate major agreements, and work with product and trading teams to deliver scalable blockchain solutions for institutional clients.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in capital markets with finance background.
Deep understanding of digital assets and blockchain in institutional finance.
Proven track record of developing partnerships and closing complex deals.
Established network of senior executives in capital markets.

Responsibilities

Contribute to RippleX Capital Markets strategy and priorities.
Build strategic partnerships with banks, financial market infrastructures.
Pursue new business development opportunities at the intersection of markets & blockchain.
Lead complex deal negotiations with senior executives, from initiation to closure.
Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and trading teams to create use cases.
Develop business plans, proposals and pitches for institutional partners.
Monitor industry trends to advise strategic decisions and partnerships.
Represent Ripple at industry events and with key stakeholders.
