Job summary

Ripple is hiring for a senior engineering leader in New York who will head the integration of digital asset capabilities into the Ripple Treasury platform. You will guide a small, hands-on team of full-stack developers, influence architecture, and ship features in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with the core digital assets group, design robust .NET backend services and modern frontends, and establish best practices for secure, auditable software in the enterprise space.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack .NET and modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or equivalent).
• Over 2 years of experience in leading engineering teams.
• Ability to ship software in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Production background in fintech, digital assets, or blockchain.
• Willingness to write production code during early team-building.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering process for digital asset integration across Ripple Treasury platform.
• Build and manage a group of up to four full-stack .NET developers, recruiting and mentoring.
• Ship working software daily in a Kanban workflow with iterative direction based on findings.
• Collaborate with Ripple's core digital assets team on protocol capabilities and roadmap.
• Design full-stack solutions spanning .NET backend and Angular or React frontends.
• Make sound engineering decisions amid ambiguity and pivots.
• Partner with product, compliance, and treasury experts to translate requirements into features.
• Define engineering practices, coding standards, reviews, tests, and deployment patterns.
