Responsibilities
- Define KM strategy, roadmap, and platform governance.
- Oversee content quality, audits, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Privacy to ensure compliance.
- Drive self-service adoption and AI-enabled experiences.
- Lead and develop KM Analysts and content specialists.
