People, Incorporated in Fall River, MA, seeks a Senior Director of Home Visiting to lead and oversee Healthy Families, Welcome Family, and Early Intervention programs. You will supervise program directors, ensure high-quality service delivery, and uphold regulatory and contractual standards.

The role also acts as an agency-wide LICSW resource, providing clinical consultation across children’s and adult services, supporting trauma-informed, family-centered practices, and staff development.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current Massachusetts license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in social work, behavioral health, home visiting, or a related setting.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct supervision, leadership, coaching, and performance management to the directors responsible for Healthy Families, Welcome Family, and Early Intervention.
• Provide strategic and operational oversight of the agency’s home visiting programs and ensure services comply with mission, contracts, and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of Massachusetts requirements, contracts, standards, and expectations for Healthy Families, Welcome Family, Early Intervention.
• Ensure programs comply with state and federal regulations, funding requirements, contracts, policies, and documentation standards.
• Monitor program performance, caseloads, staffing, productivity, and outcomes against KPIs.
• Collaborate with program directors to address operational, clinical, or compliance concerns and take timely corrective action.
