Job summary

Center for Human Development (CHD) in West Springfield, MA, seeks a Program Director for In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring to lead clinical and administrative operations serving children, adolescents, and families.

The role oversees clinical oversight, staff development, quality improvement, budgeting, and partnerships with referral sources, payors, and schools, while ensuring trauma-informed, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Independent clinical licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of three years of supervisory or leadership experience with children, adolescents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring services.
• Recruit, develop, supervise, and mentor clinical staff.
• Promote a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Partner with referral sources, payors, schools, providers, and community stakeholders.
• Oversee program operations, budgeting, compliance, and quality assurance activities.
• Support innovative service delivery approaches that enhance client engagement and outcomes.
• Serve as an advocate for children, families, and behavioral health services within the community.
