Job summary

Fast Switch, Ltd. in Assonet, MA is seeking a Director of Family Services to lead the department, supervise case managers, and promote family-centered support.

You will coordinate with schools, LEAs, and agencies to deliver high-quality services. This role requires a Master’s in social work or related field, licensure, and at least two years in case management or child welfare, with preference for I/DD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Professional licensure such as LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Minimum of 2 years in case management or child welfare.
• Experience with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Family Services Department.
• Collaborate in IEP meetings, safety reviews, transition planning, and interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain effective communication with LEAs, DCF, DCYF, and other agencies.
• Support admissions process and coordinate transitions to adult services.
• Serve as a licensed signatory for treatment documentation, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Organize and participate in family events and community engagement activities.
• Promote family-driven, person-centered care and foster a collaborative team environment.
