Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. seeks a Program Director for our Family Resource Center in Western Massachusetts. You will oversee contractual relationships, communicate with EOHHS and DCF, and coordinate with families to run center activities.

You will lead partnerships with community organizations, review reports to hit benchmarks, and may cover duties of the Assistant Program Director as needed. This role emphasizes HEART values in service delivery.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of staff supervision and program management experience.
• Familiarity with DCF and other state agencies.
• Experience managing contractual relationships with funders and MOUs.

Responsibilities

• Manage FRC contractual relationships.
• Manage relationship with ASO and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Develop and maintain MOUs with community partners.
• Review reports to meet program benchmarks.
• Plan and participate with families in FRC activities.
• Step in for Assistant Program Director as needed.
• Conduct community outreach to foster partnerships and awareness.
