Job summary

Fast Switch seeks a Director of Family Services to lead the department, oversee case managers, and coordinate with schools and community partners. The role emphasizes family-driven, person-centered care and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Social Work with licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC), 2+ years in case management or child welfare, and experience with I/DD is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position in Massachusetts with opportunities for leadership

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensure such as LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC.
• At least 2 years of experience in case management, child welfare, or related services.
• Experience with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Family Services Department, ensuring high-quality service delivery by case managers.
• Collaborate in IEP meetings, safety reviews, transition planning, and interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain effective communication with LEAs, DCF, DCYF, and other agencies.
• Support admissions process and coordinate transitions to adult services.
• Serve as a licensed signatory for treatment documentation, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Organise family events and community engagement activities.
• Promote family-driven, person-centered care and foster a collaborative team environment.
