Family Nurturing Center of Massachusetts is seeking a Director of Family & Community Programs to lead its family engagement, early childhood coalition, and community-based portfolio across multiple sites, including Dorchester, Hyde Park, Chelsea, and Allston-Brighton.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Programs & Impact, the Director ensures high-quality, family-centered services, equity-minded practice, and strategic partnerships with schools, health centers, public agencies, and community

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision experience in family support, or early childhood services.
• Experience overseeing multi-site, community-based programs.
• Ability to coach, develop, and support managers and site leaders.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, trauma-informed practice.
• Budgeting and fiscal accountability in funded programs.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for Family & Community Programs division across multiple sites.
• Supervise program managers and site leaders across BFEN, Chelsea, Dorchester, and other sites.
• Ensure high-quality programming aligned with organizational standards and funding.
• Monitor performance, staffing, and service delivery; address barriers.
• Build and sustain partnerships with community organizations and funders.
• Oversee budget, grants, and reporting for CFCE and related initiatives.
