Job summary

Northeast Arc's Clinical Services division is seeking an experienced and mission-driven leader to serve as Division Director, Home Health Services. In this role, you will provide strategic, business, and operational leadership for Northeast Arc's home health services, including continuous skilled nursing and homecare.

You will own the division's financial performance, workforce development, business growth, and regulatory compliance, ensuring services are high quality, financially sustainable,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, social work, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Clinical background (RN) is a plus but not required.
• 5–8 years of progressive management experience in home care or similar healthcare service with senior-level leadership.
• Experience managing budgets or P&L, including revenue cycle, billing, reimbursement, and cost management.
• Must pass all required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Home Health Administrator with day-to-day operations responsibility for the home health division.
• Own the division's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Oversee revenue cycle activities across Medicare, MassHealth, and other payers.
• Develop and execute business plans to grow census and revenue, including new services and payer relationships.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, retention, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation and other standards; manage audits and licensing reviews.
• Oversee quality improvement activities and risk mitigation with Clinical Managers.
• Represent the Division on senior leadership teams and cross-agency governance bodies.
