CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management on the Network team to oversee strategic planning and execution of the provider service model. You will drive risk management, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve provider experience and network performance.

You will create executive‑level presentations, lead complex national programs, and align objectives with organizational goals while guiding stakeholders across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• A minimum of 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Demonstrated ability to design, structure, and deliver high‑impact presentations tailored to executive audiences.
• Proficient experience in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Experience with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience with flexing and shifting priorities.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively to solve problems, make decisions and complete work/projects.

Responsabilités

• Direct the end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations for executive and senior leadership to support decision-making.
• Deliver comprehensive reports and data-driven insights to leadership, highlighting project status and metrics.
• Serve as a liaison between internal organizations and leadership to translate network requirements into actionable plans.
• Develop and implement governance framework and methodologies to optimize network infrastructure outcomes.
