CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management to guide complex, multi‑segment provider network initiatives. You will oversee strategic planning, governance, risk, budgets, and milestones while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership to deliver impactful results.

You will create executive-level presentations, track performance, and drive continuous improvement across networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in healthcare.
• Minimum 5 years in project management.
• Minimum 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Able to design and deliver executive presentations.
• Proficient in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience with shifting priorities and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment, milestones, and performance evaluation.
• Create and deliver high-quality executive presentations to support decision-making.
• Lead governance, policy development, and strategic planning to optimize network outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and partner with leadership to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Deliver data-driven reports and insights to leadership on project status and metrics.
