Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management on the Network team to guide strategic planning and execution of the provider service model. This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with business goals and timely delivery of complex, multi‑segment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Ability to design, structure, and deliver high‑impact presentations for executive audiences.
• Proficient in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience with flexing and shifting priorities and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations for executive leadership to support decision-making.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Coordinate with partners to monitor project progression and address challenges.
• Serve as a primary liaison between internal organizations and leadership; translate network requirements into actionable plans.
• Develop governance, policies, and methodologies to optimize network infrastructure outcomes.
