Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Demonstrated ability to design, structure, and deliver high‑impact presentations for executives.
• Proficient in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience flexing and shifting priorities.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment and milestone tracking.
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations for executive and senior leadership.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement across the team and partners.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Translate complex network requirements into actionable plans and updates for leadership.
