Job summary

CVS Health in the Hartford area is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management to drive strategic planning and end-to-end delivery of the provider service model. You will align project objectives with organizational goals, manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration across the Network Nation and NS&PE leadership.

Responsibilities include directing national programs, crafting executive‑level presentations, and guiding governance and reporting to optimize network performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of healthcare experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• At least 5 years in provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end management of the provider service model with risk assessment and milestone tracking.
• Create and deliver executive presentations to inform decision making.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with NS&PE leadership and network partners to optimize outcomes.
• Develop governance frameworks and reporting to monitor progress and value.
