Job summary
Clemson Rural Health (CRH) is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development to drive growth, strategic partnerships, and service line expansion. The role involves identifying opportunities, developing relationships with clinical and community partners, and supporting provider recruitment to enhance organizational growth and financial stability.
The position reports to CRH leadership and entails market analyses, business cases, and KPI tracking to inform strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in health-related business development or related field.
- Experience in proposal development, partnerships, or growth initiatives.
- Experience identifying opportunities and developing strategic growth plans.
Responsibilities
- Provider and service line development to support growth and onboarding.
- Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and new healthcare services; support strategic growth plans.
- Serve on the CRH leadership team, measure KPIs, and foster cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Engage with the community to promote CRH services and develop partnerships.
- Analyze healthcare utilization, market trends, and ROI for proposed projects.
