Job summary

The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health in Greenville, SC is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service efforts. You will guide the facility's marketing plan and work with leadership to expand patient referrals and strategically grow the continuum of care.

The role requires 3–5 years in referral development and account management within behavioral health, plus strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Three to five years minimum experience in referral development, account management, sales growth and physician relationships.
• Must possess valid Driver's License; travel may be required; knowledge of SC/NC markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within Marketing.
• Achieve the organization’s continuum of care utilization through marketing principles.
• Participate in strategic planning, growth opportunities, and program changes.
• Manage the facility’s strategic marketing plan and brand image; supervise sales and business development elements.
• Maintain productive relationships with internal departments; proactively communicate issues with CEO and Admissions.
