Job summary

PruittHealth Corporation is seeking an Admissions Director in Columbia, SC. The role focuses on developing early and appropriate referrals by creating and sustaining partnerships with referral sources to drive growth in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care.

You will lead territory plans, set sales goals with the sales manager, and build relationships with hospital and physician referral sources to increase patient referrals and stay within PruittHealth’s continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
• Extensive relevant industry experience with healthcare sales/marketing
• Familiarity with healthcare landscape and sales processes
• Two (2) year experience in Healthcare Sales/Marketing, or equivalent combination of experience and training

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates quarterly and annual territory plans to achieve targets.
• Analyzes territory, establishes sales goals, and writes sales plan with sales manager.
• Develops business relationships through effective sales contacts, meetings, and presentations.
• Builds relationships with PruittHealth Skilled Nursing staff for effective communication with referral sources.
• Identifies key referral sources in hospitals, nursing homes, and managed care operations to increase referrals.
• Promotes promotional activities, sales campaigns and growth initiatives.
