UKG is seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, engineering, and operations for GTM platforms. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to modernize systems supporting customers and revenue lifecycle.

The role spans platforms like Salesforce, Clari, Eloqua, and related data services, with a focus on AI-enabled experiences, governance, and scalable delivery. Build a high-performing team and manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Formación

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in GTM platforms, sales engagement, or marketing apps within enterprise SaaS.
• Experience leading in global or matrixed organizations with cross-functional influence.
• Strong operational and analytical acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Proven success leading transformational initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Executive presence with strong communication skills for VP-level audiences.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and foster accountability and inclusion.

Responsabilidades

• Set engineering strategy and multi-year GTM platform roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Lead platform design, integrations, automation, data quality, security, and ops support.
• Translate business needs into clear platform roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Modernize lead-to-cash with initiatives like Project Nova across demand, pipeline, pricing, and renewals.
• Establish platform governance to improve reliability and agility.
• Guide AI adoption in GTM workflows across UX, orchestration, and systems of record.
• Build and retain a high-performing engineering organization with strong leadership depth.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, risks, and delivery across a complex portfolio.
• Track platform health and business outcomes to guide investments.
