Job summary

UKG seeks a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, and operations for GTM platforms. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to modernize lead-to-cash systems and drive AI-enabled experiences across the revenue lifecycle.

You will manage platforms including Salesforce, Clari, and Eloqua, establish governance and security standards, coach a high-performing team, and guide investments based on data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading GTM platform, sales engagement, or marketing apps in enterprise SaaS/tech.
• Experience in global or matrixed orgs with cross-functional influence across geographies.
• Proven ability to use data to drive performance, tradeoffs, and clear POVs.
• Track record of transformational initiatives and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Set the engineering strategy and multi-year GTM platform roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Lead platform design, development, integrations, automation, data quality, security, and operations.
• Translate business needs into platform roadmaps and measurable outcomes with GTM partners.
• Modernize lead-to-cash experiences (Project Nova) across demand, pipeline, forecasting, pricing, quoting, approvals, contracting, renewals.
• Establish platform standards and governance for reliability, security, and data consistency.
• Guide AI adoption in GTM workflows across UX, orchestration, systems of record.
• Build and maintain partnerships across Sales, Marketing, BD, Renewals, Finance, Product, and Tech.
• Develop leadership depth; foster accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships, capacity, budgets, risks, and delivery performance.
• Track platform health and business outcomes to guide investments.
