UKG is seeking a Senior Director, Software Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, and operations of GTM platforms such as Salesforce, Clari, and Eloqua, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product to modernize the customer and revenue lifecycle.

The role oversees a high-performing engineering org, enforces platform standards, drives data quality and security, and guides investment and vendor decisions in pursuit of scalable, AI-enabled experiences.

Formación

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience across GTM platforms, sales engagement, or marketing apps.
• Experience leading in a global or matrixed organization with cross-functional influence.
• Strong operational and analytical acumen; data-driven decision making.
• Proven success leading transformational initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills; influence at VP level.
• Ability to develop leaders, set high standards, and build accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Set engineering strategy and multi-year GTM roadmap.
• Lead platform design, development, integrations, automation, data quality, security, and ops.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Modernize lead-to-cash through initiatives like Project Nova for demand, pipeline, pricing.
• Establish platform standards and governance for reliability and agility.
• Guide AI adoption across GTM workflows and related systems of record.
• Build and maintain partnerships across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Build and retain a high-performing engineering org with leadership depth.
• Manage vendor relationships, capacity, budgets, risks, and delivery across a complex portfolio.
• Track platform health using operational metrics to guide investments.
• Ensure security and data consistency while enabling business configuration.
