UKG Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director, Software Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, engineering, and operations for GTM platforms. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, BD, Renewals, Finance, Product, and technology teams to modernize systems that support the customer and revenue lifecycle.

You will build a high-performing engineering organization, drive AI-enabled experiences, establish governance, and ensure data quality and security across platforms such as Salesforce, Clari, and Eloqua.

Formación

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience across GTM platforms, sales, or marketing SaaS.
• Experience leading in global or matrixed organizations with cross-functional impact.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proven success in transformational initiatives and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to develop leaders and foster accountability and inclusivity.
• Experience with AI-enabled capabilities and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Set engineering strategy and long-term roadmaps for GTM platforms aligned to business goals.
• Lead platform design, integrations, automation, data quality, security, and ops.
• Translate business needs into clear platform requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Modernize lead-to-cash with initiatives like Project Nova for demand, pipeline, and renewals.
• Establish governance to improve reliability, security, and data consistency.
• Guide AI adoption across GTM workflows and relevant systems.
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Marketing, BD, Renewals, Finance, Product, and tech.
• Build and retain a high-performing engineering org with accountability and inclusion.
• Manage vendor relationships, third-party support, capacity, budgets, and risks.
• Track platform health and outcomes to guide investments.
