Job summary

UKG, the Workforce Operating Platform, seeks a Sr. Director of Software Engineering to lead GTM platform strategy, architecture, and operations. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Finance, and Product to modernize systems that support customers and revenue lifecycle.

You will drive a portfolio including Salesforce, Clari, Eloqua, and related integrations, while advancing AI-enabled experiences across the GTM stack.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience across GTM platforms.
• Experience in global or matrixed organizations with cross-functional influence.
• Strong operational and analytical acumen with data-driven decisions.
• Proven success leading transformational initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set the engineering strategy and multi-year roadmap for GTM platforms.
• Lead platform design, development, integrations, automation, data quality, security, and ops.
• Translate business needs into platform roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Modernize lead-to-cash processes with initiatives like Project Nova.
• Establish platform standards and governance for reliability and security.
• Guide AI adoption in GTM workflows across systems of record and UX.
