You will partner with executive leaders to define strategy, investment priorities, and scalable execution across solution practices and business units. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, leveraging data, AI, and performance insights to guide investment decisions and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 8–10 years in Marketing, Communications, or related area.
• Proven success leading strategic planning, transformation programs.
• Ability to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision for GTM and marketing programs and create a multi-year roadmap.
• Partner with executive marketing and GTM leadership on planning and investments.
• Align marketing, sales, and operations with scalable governance and execution models.
• Evaluate and prioritize programs and transformation initiatives for ROI and impact.
• Leverage analytics and market insights to inform data-driven decisions.
