SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Director - GTM & Marketing Strategy to shape and drive go-to-market programs that accelerate revenue growth across solutions and business units.

You will set the vision, align cross-functional teams, and guide investment decisions with data-driven insight. The role requires deep expertise in GTM strategy, marketing planning, and transformation leadership, with the ability to translate market signals into high-impact initiatives and executive-level

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8–10 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant area.
• Proven success leading strategic planning and transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end marketing lifecycle and demand gen.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic vision for GTM and marketing programs.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape planning and investment priorities.
• Drive enterprise alignment across marketing, sales, and operations.
• Oversee evaluation and prioritization of programs and initiatives.
• Leverage analytics and performance data to guide decisions.
• Act as a strategic connector across cross-functional teams.
• Develop executive narratives, presentations, and recommendations.
• Establish KPI frameworks and attribution methodologies.
• Identify growth opportunities through market and competitive analysis.
• Champion AI-driven insights to enhance GTM effectiveness.
