Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• 8-10 years in Marketing, Communications, or related area.
• Proven success leading strategic planning and large programs.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic GTM and marketing program vision and multi-year roadmaps.
• Collaborate with senior marketing and GTM leaders on planning and investment.
• Translate strategy into scalable governance and execution models.
• Evaluate and prioritize programs balancing ROI and market opportunity.
• Use analytics and performance data to optimize marketing investments.
• Align cross-functional teams to day-to-day execution of strategy.
• Develop executive-level narratives and recommendations for leadership.
• Establish KPI frameworks and attribution methodologies.
• Drive market and customer analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Champion AI-driven insights to improve GTM effectiveness.
• Scale repeatable planning processes across the organization.
