Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Senior Director, GTM FP&A to lead the finance planning, forecasting, and analysis for Go-To-Market teams. This role partners with CXOs and business units to drive world-class GTM finance insights in a high-growth environment.

Flexibility in approach, strong Excel/PowerPoint models, and experience with Anaplan and NetSuite are key. You will mentor a team, manage complex data, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.

Qualifications

• 10 years+ related experience in financial planning and analysis
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• SaaS experience in a high-growth environment
• Prior GTM and/or sales finance forecasting experience
• Good understanding of key SaaS revenue metrics
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - building financial and decision support models and reports
• Proven ability to form strong business partner relationships
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detailed-oriented. excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-starter that adapts well to change in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
• Great attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
• Experience with financial planning systems, Anaplan and NetSuite preferred
• Comfortable working with large data sets

Responsibilities

• Manage GTM sales and marketing finance planning, forecasting, and analysis activities
• Partner with GTM and analytics team to manage bookings forecasting
• Assess new business opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership
• Coordinate with Accounting, BI and stakeholders for month-end alignment
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting and communicate key messages to senior management
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior management
• Engage in strategic data analysis and modeling for leadership
• Coach team members to build capabilities and reach goals
• Fulfill ad-hoc analytical requests as needed
