RingCentral, a leading cloud communications provider, is seeking a Senior Director, GTM FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across GTM functions. You will partner with C-suite leaders to drive strategic insights and support growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The role demands deep financial modeling, data analysis, and a proven ability to influence senior decision makers.

Qualifications

10+ years of related FP&A experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
SaaS experience in a high-growth environment.
Prior GTM and/or sales finance forecasting experience.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial modeling and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Self-starter with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage the full range of GTM sales and marketing finance planning, forecasting, and analysis activities.
Partner with GTM and analytics teams to manage bookings forecasting.
Provide recommendations to leadership based on financial insights.
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting with key trends and risks.
Lead strategic data analysis and modeling for senior leadership.
Coach and develop team members to build capabilities.
