Job summary

RingCentral, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM FP&A to lead finance planning, forecasting, and analysis for the GTM function.

You will partner with GTM leaders and cross-functional teams to provide insights, drive forecasts, and influence strategic decisions. The role offers exposure to a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with opportunities to mentor teammates and enhance financial planning processes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• SaaS experience in high-growth environments preferred.
• Experience supporting GTM/sales finance planning and forecasting.
• Understanding of key SaaS business and revenue metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with financial modeling experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proven cross-functional partnership building and communication.
• Self-starter in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Anaplan and NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM sales and marketing finance planning, forecasting, and analysis.
• Partner with GTM and Analytics teams for bookings forecasting and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with GTM business partners on new initiatives and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with Accounting, BI, and cross-functional stakeholders during month-end close.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reporting and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Develop presentations and analyses for leadership reviews and decisions.
• Conduct strategic and ad hoc financial modeling for initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvements in FP&A workflows.
• Mentor junior team members and support the finance organization.
