Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ten years of experience in charitable gift planning, major gifts, philanthropy, or related fields.
• Proven success securing major gifts and planned gifts.
• Experience working with attorneys, CPAs, wealth advisors, trust officers, and other professional advisors.
• Strong knowledge of charitable planning vehicles and philanthropic strategies.
• Excellent relationship-building, networking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Grow charitable assets and philanthropic capital across the foundation's footprint.
• Acquire new donors and develop new funds, while expanding estate commitments.
• Cultivate and steward major and planned gift prospects.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of current and deferred gift opportunities.
• Collaborate with philanthropy leadership to set growth goals and fundraising strategies.
